Our Company

Intendance, Inc. is a full service property management company that was started in 2006 and manages properties in Chicago, Illinois and Oakland California.  Our company goal was simple, we wanted to help people.  Whether that was helping people find a new home and build rental history or providing someone employment where they could grow their skill set.  We now have close to 240 residential units and a caring staff.
