Rent is considered late if paid after the 5th of each month.  Late fees will be applied on the 6th. 

 

Forms of Payments Accepted:

You can make your rent payment via our secure tenant portal site below.  We have a variety of options.

♦ E-Check, you will need your bank routing number and account number.

♦ Debt/Credit Card

♦ RentMoney - Rent voucher account number and location finder are located in your tenant portal. 

♦ Agency Payments may be mailed by contacting leasing agent for address and W-9.

 

   *  For safety reasons, we do not allow staff to collect rents nor will our onsite staff ever ask you for payments.

**  We no longer encourage tenants to take thier rent payments to the bank as we are no longer able to track these payments.  If you wish to pay at an onsite location please use RentMoney.
