Maintenance Requests:

All maintenance request must be submitted online via the tenant portal.  A work order will be created and sent directly to our maintenance scheduler who will contact you directly to set up service.  If you have a maintenance emergency (an issue that is damaging the property, or creating an unsafe environment for the tenant) please call 1-888-773-1154.

Tenants are financially responsible for non-necessary requests or for not showing up for a scheudled appointment.

What items are tenants financially responsible for:

  • Missed appointments
  • Light bulbs
  • Clogged toilets
  • Any maintenance items that needs repair as a result of tenant negligence or damage, including water splashed on floors, overfilling sinks, tubs, or toilets.
